Meet your RDN! Hi, I’m Kaleigh, a registered dietitian nutritionist dedicated to empowering others to take control of their health. My journey into nutrition began with a simple, but powerful goal: to provide knowledge that makes a real difference. I believe nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.
Choosing the right support for your health journey matters—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. As a Registered Dietitian, I’ve completed extensive training to give you the highest level of care, including:
A bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and dietetics
1,200+ hours of supervised clinical experience
Passing a national board exam to earn my RD credential
Ongoing continuing education to stay current with the latest in nutrition science
Years of experience helping clients in both hospital and outpatient settings. Seeing clients 1:1 is where my heart lies-teaching and guiding you with your health goals visit after visit. It is a place of genuine connection, understanding, and amazing client growth.
But beyond the credentials, I genuinely care. I understand how overwhelming health and nutrition can feel having faced my own body image issues as a teen, weight management challenges after pregnancies and navigating life with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and gut health issues. These experiences have given me a unique perspective and empathy, allowing me to truly connect with my clients through their own health journeys.
I’m here to simplify the process, listen to your story, provide personalized guidance, and support sustainable changes that make a real difference in your life.
Outside of my work, you can find me strength training and being outdoors whenever I can. I love exploring National Parks with my family, attending concerts, and trying new and fun dishes on my travels. Spending time with my husband and three kids keeps me grounded and inspired, reminding me every day of the importance of living a balanced, healthy life.
