Navigating the maze of health and nutrition advice can be overwhelming and confusing—especially when you’re dealing with low energy, stubborn weight, digestive discomfort, plateaued athletic performance, or symptoms related to autoimmune conditions. As a registered dietitian with both Bachelors and Masters degrees in nutrition and years of experience helping clients get to the root of their health challenges, I take a holistic, root-cause approach to help you feel and function your best. Instead of quick fixes, we’ll dig deeper to uncover what’s really holding you back—whether it’s nutrient gaps, inflammation, hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, imbalance in macronutrients or lifestyle stressors.

Because good nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle, we’ll also look at the bigger picture—sleep, stress, movement, functional lab testing (if warranted) and your daily habits. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your life, supports your body, and is sustainable.
